Easy Sock Puppet
This is a great craft for kids to make, not only that, they will have loads of fun playing afterwards! All you need is socks, hot glue gun (bought from any store that has crafts, etc), cardbaord, red felt, googly eyes, wool and pom pom. You could also use buttons for the nose and eyes, and sew them on, but this takes a bit longer.
Cut an oval out of cardboard for the mouth, roughly 5cm x 7cm. Double it over to make it even.
Cut out red felt for the mouth, the same size as the cardboard.
Hot glue the cardboard onto your sock as in the picture, make sure the sock is inside out!
Turn the sock right way around. The cardboard should be now inside your sock.
Hot glue the red felt onto the white sock, this makes the mouth!
Cut wool into strips and tie it in the middle for the hair.
Hot glue googly eyes and pom pom for the nose.
Grab a box from The Good Guys Loading dock, and cut a door in it so the flap folds up. Sticky tape some plastic, or tea towel inside the box for the curtain. The kids will love it, and Mumma will get some rest![/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
